Can't wireless charging/No Light/Can't close and hold the phone
1. Whether your phone has a wireless charging function? If not, it needs to be matched with a wireless charging receiver to work properly. 2. Car charger output power need exceeds 15 W. If too low, the wireless charging function maybe can not work. 3. No metal objects under the phone case and it is best to use a thin phone case. We recommend testing with the bare phone firstly. 4. Adjust the height of the base of the Car holder according to the wireless charging induction area of the mobile device; There are 5 levels of adjustment. If your phone is not in the listing, please test all 5 levels to find the appropriate height, and then fix the height.
